It is with heavy heart that I report the passing of Past State Regent Anne Lampman. As you all know, Anne had been suffering with cancer and she passed away last night. Her family was with her at the time. Services are pending. I am sure her family would like to have the support of District VIII Daughters. Condolences should be sent to:
