Conejo Valley Chapter Prospective Tea and Workshop

            Conejo Valley Chapter held their annual “Prospective Members Tea and Workshop”.  This event takes place in the Thousand Oaks Library.  Members bring their delicious cookies, candies, scones, and sandwiches.  There is also an array of drinks, featuring the silver punch bowl front and center.

            During the first part is the “Tea” the Chapter members present a brief overview of DAR.  The second part is the workshop portion.

            This event is organized by the Chapter Register, the Chapter Membership Chair, and their teams.  Each prospective has been contacted prior to the event.  The prospective receives a packet of materials, and is matched to a chapter member for assistance.  There were 24 prospectives in attendance this year.
