Christmas Tea Hostess Duties

District VIII and District XIV are hostess districts for 2013 Tea.

All shifts are 45 minute duration

Please contact your regent immediately to volunteer

I.  Check-in-table at the Front Gate:  Check in the guests

                                                                      Need one volunteer from each district, per shift

2.  Driveway:  Must be able to stand to greet guests.

                           Will assist HQ Building and Grounds Chairman in monitoring parking lot.

                           Three volunteers per shift.

3.  Kitchen Duty:  District VIII needs to supply nine volunteers, three per shift

4.  Patio:  Must be able to carry dishes to kitchen from patio.

                    Buss tables.

                    Need three volunteers from each district per shift.

5.  Clean – up:  Wash final dishes.

                             Clean up as assigned.

                            Need two volunteers per district.
