NATIONAL DUES DUE TO TREASURER GENERAL: Chapter treasurers must send annual national dues for the members of the chapter to the Office of the Organizing Secretary General, Membership Services Department,with a chapter check or money order, payable to the Treasurer General, NSDAR, showing a Federal Postal Service, or other carrier, cancellation date no later than December 1.
STATE CONFERENCE FEE DUE TO STATE TREASURER: Contact State Treasurer Carol Jackson for assistance and information. Use the remittance form referenced above.
It is very important to get your dues and conference fee postmarked by December 1st, especially if your chapter would like to have voting rights at State Conference and Continental Congress. Remember, this will be an election year at our 100th State Conference, and your members will want to have their say!
Members who do not intend to pay dues (or for whom your chapter will not be paying dues) should have been resigned by today, November 30th.
Also due tomorrow are applications for California Scholarships and nominations for Outstanding Veteran-Patient Award, Outstanding Youth Volunteer and Outstanding DAR Service for Veterans are due to State Chairman, DAR Service for Veterans. These are due to the state chairmen of the respective committees.
