USA Weekend Magazine asked writers from three of the country's top newspapers to tell why "Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus" still matters today. Dennis McCarthy, from the Los Angeles Daily News, wrote a beautiful piece about Operation Gratitude. The print version was available in 600 newspapers across the country on Sunday, December 23, 2007.
