The National Society of the Children of the American Revolution (N.S.C.A.R.) will once again lead the National Bell Ringing Ceremony at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum on July 4th. The Ceremony begins at 10:30 a.m., and concludes at 11:00 a.m. with the bell ringing ceremony.Please plan to be there by 10:00 a.m., and meet in the Inner Courtyard of the Museum. Wear red, white and blue, bring your flags to wave and a bell to ring. Invite family and friends to participate, and please pass this invitation on to anyone who may be interested.
The Ceremony will be led by California State Society President, Lucas Borncamp, with the C.S.S.C.A.R. Senior State President, Mrs. Linda Stufflebean.

The Museum opens at 10:00 a.m. and is open until 6:00 p.m. Parking is limited. If you arrive early enough, there is parking in the upper lot. Tell the "guard" that you are a participant in the 10:30 a.m. National Bell Ringing Ceremony.
