San Fernando Valley Chapter Executive Board

          San Fernando Valley Regent, Susan Dawson is seated with the members of the chapter board. Joan Marson, 2^nd Vice Regent, Jeanne Clemens, Treasurer; standing is Deirdra Beller, Parliamentarian, Susanna Sandke, 1^st Vice Regent, Barb Randall, Registrar, Loretta Seltzer, Corresponding Secretary, Sue Ellen Hollahan, Historian, and standing in the back is Linda Mustian, Chaplain. 

          Missing due to illness is our librarian, Fran Shankle. And you can’t see our Recording Secretary Ashley Boyke, who Skype’s the board meeting.  She is represented by the blue laptop at the left of the table. We had just concluded our January board meeting at which we covered a lengthy agenda. The best news is that the board made a recommendation to donate to the leadership training of our winning JROTC cadet.  At the later January chapter meeting, the recommendation was approved.  It’s always fun to catch up after the holiday break and it appears we had plenty of nourishment.  DAR not only provides the opportunity for a member to serve on a committee or as an officer; but it also lends to friendships with caring individuals.
